Mr. Huff is a 2009 graduate from the University of Dayton School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Ohio the same year. One year later, he was admitted to practice in Kentucky, where he began his career as a public defender with the Louisville Metro Public Defender’s Office.
From 2010 to 2013, he represented thousands of clients as deputy trial counsel of the Adult Division. He has defended clients facing charges ranging from Murder, Child Rape, and Assault of a Police Officer using a Deadly Weapon; to shop lifting and DUI. Additionally, he has had a successful Trial career including an acquittal for a Home Invasion Robbery allegation and a lesser included finding in a Manufacturing Methamphetamine trial.
He joined the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office on August 26, 2013 and works there on a fulltime basis to this day.
