SINCE 2013
HCPD recognized our community’s need for legal assistance to get criminal and juvenile records sealed and expunged. Since 2013, we have held Fresh Start clinics every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month to help people get a fresh start.

APPROXIMATELY 900 SERVED ANNUALLY
Each year HPD staff screen and assist approximately 900 community members.

We now offer online scheduling for Fresh Start!
Each clinic has 4 slots, and scheduling is open for the next 2 months.

How It Works:

  1. Sign up online for your preferred clinic date.

  2. A Qualifier will call you Monday or Tuesday the week of your clinic.

  3. You’ll have 3 chances to respond before your spot is released.


Appointment Details

  • Call (513) 946-3666 between 8:30–11:30 a.m. on the clinic date you want to attend.

  • Appointments are first come, first served.

  • Be on time and try to come alone due to limited seating.
